# Plans & Pricing

> Subscription plans and what's included

RelayHub offers tiered subscription plans to fit teams of any size. All plans include access to the core chat platform with multi-model AI support. Higher tiers unlock advanced features like automation, expanded knowledge management, and priority support.

## Billing Cycle

All plans are billed monthly. You can switch between plans at any time:

* **Upgrading** takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
* **Downgrading** takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.

## Getting Started

To view or change your current plan, navigate to **Settings > Billing** or visit the [Billing Portal](/administration/billing/billing-portal). You can also [manage your seat count](/administration/billing/managing-seats) independently of your plan tier.

  Not sure which plan is right for your team? Start with Professional -- you can always upgrade to Enterprise later if you need automation or custom endpoints.
