Your RelayHub subscription has a number of user seats. RelayHub bills your organization for each seat. An administrator changes the number of seats in the billing portal.

Change the number of seats

Open Settings

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Settings.

Open the Organization section

Click Organization. Only administrators see this section.

Open the billing portal

In Subscription Management, click Open Billing Portal. The portal opens in a new browser tab.

Change the quantity

In the portal, change the number of seats on your subscription and confirm the change.
Your plan sets the minimum and the maximum number of users.
If the message Failed to open billing portal. appears, contact RelayHub support.
