Billing Cycle
All plans are billed monthly. You can switch between plans at any time:
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
- Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You retain access to higher-tier features until then.
Annual billing with a discount is available for Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact your account representative for details.
Getting Started
To view or change your current plan, navigate to Settings > Billing or visit the Billing Portal. You can also manage your seat count independently of your plan tier.
Not sure which plan is right for your team? Start with Professional — you can always upgrade to Enterprise later if you need automation or custom endpoints.
