RelayHub bills your organization for each user seat. Every plan gives every feature. RelayHub has no feature tiers.

What a plan sets

A plan sets these items:
  • The price for each user seat
  • The billing period, monthly or yearly
  • The minimum and the maximum number of users
A plan does not turn features on or off. Chat, Dual Chat, Workspaces, Files, Knowledge Graph, Agents, Skills, Automations, your own provider keys and custom endpoints are part of every plan. For the current plans and prices, ask your account representative.

Feature access

An administrator controls the access of each user with permissions on the People screen. Most permissions are on for a new user. See the default values on the permissions page. An administrator can turn a permission off for one user, for example to remove Automations from the sidebar of that user. See Permissions. Some admin screens are for administrators only, for example Providers, Capabilities and Audit Log. These screens do not depend on the plan.

Modules

A module adds an industry feature set, for example the Lending module. A module does not depend on the plan. See Modules.

Change your plan

An administrator changes the plan in the billing portal. See Billing Portal. To change the number of seats, see Managing Seats.
