| Bot | An assistant that one person creates and owns. It has a job, its own chat with you, its own memory and its own permissions. Only you see it. |
| Worker | The name of a bot before November 2026. An older message, link or note that says worker means a bot, and an old /workers link opens the same page under /bots. |
| Relay | The lead bot that hands work to your other bots (called the Orchestrator before). |
| Task | One job the bot does from start to end. A message from you starts a task, or goes to the task that is open. A task can wait for you, and ends as finished, could not finish, or stopped. |
| Routine | A task that runs again on a schedule, for example “every weekday at 7:30 AM”, or each time an event arrives in one of your apps. You ask the bot for it, the bot proposes it, or you add it in the Routines tab. Each run is a task. |
| Start window | How early or late a routine run may start: “on time”, or up to a number of minutes before and after its time (15 by default). The run starts at a minute in the window that is less busy. |
| Event routine | A routine that starts when an event arrives in one of your apps, for example a new Gmail message, in place of a schedule. |
| Needs you | The one list of everything that waits for you, across all bots: approvals, questions, steps to check, proposed settings, emails ready to send, passwords and spend limits. |
| Send email from this address | The switch in Settings > Connections > Email address. The bot can send from its own relaybots.ai address only while the switch is on. Mail to the address reaches the bot either way. |
| Approval | A card that asks before the bot does something outside RelayHub. “Allow once” allows this one action. “Deny” refuses it. A very dangerous action (money, a delete, a send to many people, a change of access) asks every time. |
| Form card | One card with 2 to 5 short questions. You answer each question and click Send answers once. |
| Allow always | The main button of most approval cards. The bot keeps the permission, so the same kind of action runs with no card from now on. |
| Stop the same question | Choose “Allow always” on the next card of that kind. The bot keeps the permission. You see it in the bot’s settings, under Permissions, where you can remove it. A very dangerous action still asks every time. |
| Pause and Stop | Pause keeps the task, and Resume continues it. Stop ends the task. |
| Not what I meant | A button on the stop line of a task that your words ended. The bot takes your message as a new task, and the stopped task stays stopped. |
| Proposed bot | A new bot that a bot proposes to you on a New bot card. Nothing is created until you click Accept. The new bot is then active at once. |
| Activity | What the bot did in a task, under “Show activity” in the Now tab: each action the bot did. |
| Notes | What the bot keeps between tasks in its own memory, for example a person or a rule of a task. You see them in the bot’s Memory section. |
| Your saved memory | The facts about you that every chat and every bot of yours uses (Settings > My Memory). A bot can search it, and it can save, correct or forget a memory there. |
| Waits for your confirmation | A note or a memory that a bot saved after it read a web page, an email or a file. It is not used until you confirm it. |
