Work a deal
An open deal has four tabs:- Spread: the figures from the documents. RelayHub proves each figure against the document, or holds it for your review.
- Deal terms: the terms that you write. They appear in the Loan Presentation exactly as you enter them.
- Policy & stress: the policy drivers of the deal, with the value of each driver and the bank policy. Use Stress this borrower to change a proved input and read the drivers again. A stress test does not change the spread or the credit memo.
- Credit narrative: click Draft the narrative. RelayHub writes the narrative from the proved figures only. Edit it, click Save revision, then click Approve. After the approval, you cannot edit that version.
- Add documents opens the document intake again.
- Exhibit opens the spread exhibit. To download it, click PDF.
- Loan Presentation opens the Loan Presentation in the format of your bank. To download it, click PDF.
