The Financial Spreading screen makes a standard spread from the tax returns of a borrower. RelayHub proves each value against the source document, or holds it for your review. The spread also shows the credit ratios. Financial Spreading is part of the Lending module. It is in the Modules group of the sidebar. See Modules.

Make a spread

1

Click New spread

On the Financial Spreading screen, click New spread.
2

Open the spread

Click the spread in the list to open it.
3

Upload a tax return

Click Upload tax return and select a PDF file. RelayHub reads the return and adds the values to the spread.
4

Review the held values

The Review queue shows each value that RelayHub holds for review. Click Verify to accept the proposed value. Or click Correct, enter the exact amount and click Save.
5

Export the spread

When no value is held, click Export. After the export, the spread shows Exported, and you cannot upload more returns to it.
In a spread, you can click a held cell in the grid to go to the Review queue. To enter the Customer name, the Customer ID and the Analyst, click Edit details. To go back to the list, click Spreads.
If the screen shows a message that uploaded returns go to a named provider, the borrower data goes to that AI provider. An administrator can set up an isolated provider. See Custom LLM Endpoints.

Spreading settings

Administrators see a Settings button on the Financial Spreading screen. It opens Spreading settings:
  • Keep source documents: how long RelayHub keeps the uploaded returns: Until the spread is deleted, 30 days after export, 90 days after export or 1 year after export. The returns contain sensitive data.
  • Require an isolated provider before uploads are allowed: when this is on, an analyst cannot upload a return unless your organization sends its LLM calls to its own provider.

When the module is off

If the Lending module is off, the screen shows Lending isn’t enabled. An administrator sees the link Manage modules in Settings, which opens the Capabilities screen. Other users see Ask an administrator to enable the Lending module.
