RelayHub’s global search finds conversations by title and by message content, and Files files by name, across everything you own and everything shared with you. Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux), or click the search bar in the top header. Type at least three characters and results appear instantly in a dropdown, each tagged with where it matched (Title or Message).
  • Click a result to jump straight to that conversation, scrolled to the matching message
  • Press Enter or click View all results for the full results page

The Results Page

The full results page shows every match in a table: the conversation, a snippet with your search terms highlighted, the owner, last activity, and message count. Click Load more results to page through large result sets.
Search covers your own conversations and conversations shared with you. It does not search other people’s private chats.

Finding Files

The same search bar also looks through your Files. When your query matches a file name, those files appear in their own Files section in the dropdown, below any conversation matches. Each file row shows the file name and where it lives (personal, workspace, or company), with a Download button so you can pull a document straight from search without opening Files. The full results page includes a matching Files section as well.
File search matches file names and follows the same access rules as Files: you see files you uploaded plus company and shared files, and never another person’s private files.
Searching for a phrase someone used works better than searching for the topic. “Q3 forecast assumptions” finds the exact exchange; “finance” finds everything.
