RelayHub integrates with Google Drive so you can pull documents, spreadsheets, and presentations directly into a conversation or workspace for AI-powered analysis — without downloading and re-uploading files manually.

Connecting Your Google Account

Browsing and Importing Files

Once connected, you can browse your entire Google Drive hierarchy from within RelayHub.

What Happens After Import

Imported files appear in your Files alongside any files you uploaded directly. They receive the same treatment as manual uploads:
  • Text extraction pulls content from PDFs, Office documents, and images (via OCR).
  • Embeddings are generated for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Knowledge graph entities are extracted when knowledge features are enabled for your workspace.
You can reference imported Drive files in any conversation by attaching them from Files, or the AI will retrieve relevant content automatically when you ask questions related to the file contents.

Disconnecting Google Drive

To remove the Google Drive connection from your RelayHub account:
  1. Open the integrations panel by clicking the cloud import icon.
  2. Click the Disconnect button next to Google Drive.
  3. Confirm the disconnection when prompted.
Disconnecting removes RelayHub’s access to your Google Drive. Files you already imported remain in RelayHub and are not affected. You can reconnect at any time by going through the authorization flow again.
Disconnecting does not revoke the OAuth token on Google’s side. To fully revoke access, visit your Google Account permissions page and remove RelayHub from the list of connected apps.
