Default Prompts
Default prompts are the buttons that show when you start a new chat. When you click one, RelayHub puts its text in the message box. You can change the text before you send it. You can have up to five prompts. The counter at the top shows how many you have, for example 3/5. Until you add your own prompts, RelayHub shows its own prompts with a Default tag. A prompt that the AI wrote has an AI tag.1
Start a new prompt
Click Add Prompt.
2
Let the AI write it, or write it yourself
- AI Generate: in Describe what kind of prompt you want, type what the prompt must do. Click Generate, read the Preview and click Add This.
- Write Manually: fill in Title (the text on the button), Prompt (the full text) and Description (optional). Write
{{PLACEHOLDER}}in the text for the parts that you change each time. Click Add Prompt.
My Memory
The My Memory section shows what the AI remembers about you, and lets you control it. The AI uses these memories in your chats, so that you do not have to tell it the same things again.- Automatic learning: when this is on, the AI saves useful details from your chats by itself. You can examine all of them on this screen and turn the setting off at any time.
- What the assistant learned: a log of the memories that the AI added or changed.
- Pending Confirmations: memories that wait for your review. Click Confirm to keep a memory, or Dismiss to remove it.
- The list of memories: each memory has a type: Correction, Preference, Decision, Fact, Terminology or Process. Use All Types to show only one type. A memory that the AI saved by itself has the tag Learned automatically. The text “Provided 3x” tells you how many times the AI used the memory.
Ask the assistant to remember, correct or forget
You can also change your memory in a chat:- “Remember that I want invoices as PDF files.” The assistant saves it and tells you. If the same text is already saved, it saves nothing new.
- “What do you remember about invoices?” The assistant searches your saved memory and tells you what it found. It searches only memories that you confirmed.
- “Correct that: I want invoices as CSV files.” The assistant replaces the old memory with the new one.
- “Forget that I want invoices as PDF files.” The assistant removes that memory.
Memories that wait for your confirmation
When the assistant or a bot read a web page, an email or a file in the same turn, a memory that it saves waits for you. It is not used until you confirm it. It shows under Pending Confirmations and on the card in the chat with the line “Saved after reading outside content. Confirm to keep it.” Click Confirm to keep it, or Dismiss to remove it. A memory that nobody confirms is removed after 7 days. In such a turn, the assistant cannot correct or forget a memory. It asks you first. When your own words in the chat ask for the change, the change applies.Connections
The Connections section connects your own accounts to RelayHub, so that the AI can work with your email, calendar and files in chat. Each provider shows Connected or Not connected.- Google: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.

- Adobe Lightroom: Lightroom Cloud finds and gets images from your catalog.
- Apps: your other apps, for example Dropbox, Slack or Notion. Click Add an app, search for the app and click Connect. The sign-in opens in a small window that closes by itself when you finish. Every bot you own can use an app that you connect here. Each app row has Reconnect and Disconnect.

The change shows at once and changes your profile theme.
