This guide tells you how to sign in to RelayHub, start your first conversation and find the main features.

Sign in to RelayHub

Open the RelayHub address of your company in a browser (for example, https://demo.relayhub.ai). Type the email address that your administrator gave you, then your password, and click Sign In.If you do not want to use a password, click Sign in with Magic Link. RelayHub sends you an email with a link that you can use one time.

Open Chat

After you sign in, the Dashboard opens. It shows your Usage Metrics and your Recent Activity. To start a new conversation, click Chat in the sidebar.

Choose a model

Click the model name in the message box to open the Select model list. RelayHub has models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI. If you are not sure, keep the default model. For the list of models, see Supported Models.
You can change the model during a conversation. Each answer records the model that wrote it.

Send your first message

Type a message in the Ask anything… box and press Enter. The answer shows word by word while the model writes it.For example, try:
  • “Summarize the key benefits of our product for a sales pitch”
  • “Write a professional email in reply to a client question”
  • “Help me analyze the quarterly revenue data that I will upload”

Try more features

  • Attach a file: click the + button in the message box and select Attach from Computer. The AI reads the file and answers questions about it.
  • Search the web: click the + button and turn on Web Search. The AI then searches the internet for current information.
  • Compare two models: open the Chat group in the sidebar and click Dual Chat. Send one prompt to two models and compare the answers.
  • Share a conversation: click Share in the chat. The other person sees the answers while the model writes them, and can add messages.

If you cannot sign in, or you cannot find a feature, speak to your administrator. Administrators manage the user accounts, the permissions and the providers.
